Lay Counseling Ministry
At Christian Life Center we believe that the church is a place of healing, a hospital for the hurting.
It is with this heart that we offer a ministry for our members, to support and come alongside as you walk through life’s difficult moments.
Christian Life Center offers lay counseling services, on a short-term basis, for members. Our services are solution-focused and bible based, provided by trained lay counselors. Our Lay Counseling Ministry is made up on trained individuals ready to help you. Individuals, couples, families and youth services are available and include, but are not limited to:

- Tuesdays (April 16, 23, 30, May 7, 14, 21), 7-9 pm, Virtual via Zoom
- Saturdays (September 21, 28 October 5, 12), 10 am-2 pm, Tinley Park Campus
* Please note that we are NOT a mental health agency but a ministry of individuals with a heart to help those in need. If you are in need of professional mental health services, please contact your primary care physician or insurance company for service options.
* Each couple seeking marriage counseling is required to complete an assessment prior to being assigned a counselor. The cost for the assessment is $35.
